403 error on download logs

I cannot access the Free Downloads Logs through the WooCommerce menu. I keep getting a 403 permission error. Can anyone suggest a fix?

    Hi mate can you open a support ticket so I can get access to your site and take a look?

    I need the website address and a username and password for an admin account.
