Hi Maggie I do plan to add ConvertKit support in a future update. For now you are able to export your download stats into excel, and might be able to use that data in ConvertKit.

Okay so I'm back to using Mailchimp so I can use this plugin.  When I originally set it up I used the Manual option and when I clicked Download the form popped up to provide an email address.  However, now that I have Mailchimp up and running and selected the plugin to use Mailchimp it's not working.   It just goes straight to downloading the file.  I added in my Mailchimp API key and the list ID and also set up the Newsletter options.  What am I missing?

Could you post screenshots of your Email Capture settings and Newsletter Options please? No need to include where your secret MailChimp keys are.

Thanks Maggie. You have it set up so the email capture window doesn't show up if a user is logged in. I'm guessing you're not seeing the email capture form popup because of that.

If you want it to show for everyone, tick the box for "Show the email capture window for registered users"
