I am building a custom product template using Elementor Theme Builder. However, this plugin doesn't seem to work correctly. It doesn't show the downloads. All it does is remove the Add to Cart button, but I don't see the downloads listed.

How do I get this to work correctly with Elementor Them Builder?
Hi Josh, you need to insert the shortcode into the product description for that one:
[download_now_page]
I tried adding that shortcode to the Page template that I am building but it did not work.
Are you saying that you do not support Elementor and I have to put the shortcode into hundreds of products descriptions manually?
Some themes use different methods for showing WooCommerce content, outside of WooCommerce itself. The shortcode provides that support.
Have you added downloadable files to the product? The button won't show unless the product is free, downloadable, and has files to download.
I should say that natively supporting themes is something I'm actively working on. Whatever makes it easier for the user 🙂
Man, I don't know what happened, but it works now. Maybe a caching issue, but I always test in Incognito browser window. Thanks for you time.

I'm not sure, but I cleared my browser and website cache. Also check and clear OPCache and CDN cache.
