Getting "Your download key has expired. Please try again." warning on my site when logged out. I have deactivated and reactivated the license, as well as removing/re-adding the site, and I'm still getting the warning. Help?

Hi Chris I'm assuming this comes up after clicking the download button. This can happen with some Cache plugins or services running on your site.

Hello,
Was this resolved? I'm having the same issue - I just tried on a new computer and this error is coming up from the first download.

Sorry to revive an old topic, is their a cache plugin that you recommend to run alongside this? Mine is currently giving me this issue also.

Hi mate I'm not too sure which ones work well. Some have the option to exclude specific pages from cache, which you could use for your free product pages. The other option is to select my plugin setting to disable security key checking.
