Hi,
For some reason the download limits we have set are not working. On the Downloads section of My Account the limits are shown (Download Allowance 2 / Product Allowance 2) but the Current Week totals are 24 Downloads / 13 Products.
I have checked all of the settings and can't see any problems.
Hi Rob did you tick the box on the general settings page for "Only show the button to logged in users"? Also check the error logs to see if there's anything in there. Go to the Free Downloads page, Support tab, then Error Logs and Debug.
