Download Now button not working for members on sale products

Hello,

I have an eCommerce store that sells digital downloads (individual products) as well as gives free download access to members for these same products. It has been working beautifully...until we put the products on sale.

Normally logged-in members see a "download now" button instead of the "add to cart" button, but on the sale products, the button is showing as "add to cart" and is not honoring the 100% discounted price for members.

Products that are not on sale have not been affected...just the products that we've changed the prices on.

Any idea why this is or how to fix it?

This should be a "DOWNLOAD NOW" button.

    Hi Jessica, on the Membership Settings page for my plugin settings there's a discount option to allow free downloads for member discounted items.

    (I just checked that box at the bottom.) Is that correct? It looks to be working how I want it to now.

    The settings I want are:
    Non-Members can purchase regular-price products at full price, or sale products at the sale price.

    - and -

    Members can download all regular-price and sale-price products for free.

    Hi Jessica, yep that's the settings for discounts you want.

    If you give your members a 100% discount for all products (usually easiest to set the discount for each category on the plan settings page) it should work the way you want šŸ™‚
