when a variation is downloaded, only the name of the parent product is reported

in the sections emails->download links->email subject, email heading and email body you can reference the product ({product} - The product name). would it be possible to extend the choice also to variation (variation name) or, alternatively, in case of variation download, automatically concatenate the name of the variation to the name of the parent product ?
