Downloading with multiple files does not work

I am using the display method (link only default) to download multiple files because my files are downloaded externally, when you click on the download link it returns to the same page and does not download the file please help me Thank

    Have you got a product with only a single file, not multiple, using the same external links? I want to see if the external links work for single files.

    Are the links on your multiple file product also hosted on Google Drive?

    Go to the plugin settings page, click the "Support" tab, then Error Logs, and see what it says (paste the logs here)
