Email box not showing-

I enabled the email to download-- and now it has disappeared and isn't showing any longer.

Does it disappear if you have already entered your email and downloaded? Checking on that...otherwise, not able to figure out why it has been hidden from view after working.

http://www.patchworkposseshop.com/product/2018-bom-threes-company-block-2/ is where you'll find one product that is supposed to have the email needed for the download. i don't see it- tried on a few different browsers- still the same. any thoughts? I looked at the options / settings and pretty sure they are correct. I haven't figured out how to do what you are showing here - request a required email form to pop up before someone can obtain a free download from my sight. Are there any step 1,2,3 instructions somewhere? Eric- check this: settings, tracking & emails, check the box for enabled detailed free download tracking and check the box ask users for email address before downloading. Then save. Then you should see the custom options for that. Hope that helps! I had issues finding this as well. wow - I'm a little slow on the thinking here. Which "settings" are you looking at - I have setting for Wordpress , for WooCommerce, for Free Downloads, and MailChimp - I don't see a "tracking & email section - I think I can figure it out once I can find that section. or under woocommerce, there is a free downloads in the side menu when expanded. that will take you to the correct page as well. or under woocommerce, there is a free downloads in the side menu when expanded. that will take you to the correct page as well.
