So without any reply to tickets or forum posts I have tried to send a contact form message only to again receive the "anti-spam" error and a refusal to accept anything at all.

This is now a concern and what makes me reluctant to spend money on plugins when support is not guaranteed or is delayed causing development issues.

Please fix tour contact and ticketing system and kindly reply to the support requests I have so I can hopefully get this working as I hoped it would.
