I REALLY need to solve the issues of multi-file downloads not downloading but I have had no reply to my support tickets or forum posts in over a week now. I'd just like someone to let me know there is some help since it';s kind of expected when forking out for plugins. Since one has to literally fork out for dozens of plugins to make something usable, it is hoped there is some basic support included with the purchase (and subsequent forced subscription).
