License payment receipt

I just upgraded a license for Free Downloads Pro. Got an email that says "Purchase Receipt" which isn't a recept at all.

Then I tried replying on this email to tell that I need a receipt.
Result: A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed. Nothing to to with a blocked domain or something, I checked that.

Then I tried to send WPEnhanced an email via their support form.
Result: the form doesn't work, 'Failed' message.

Has anyone an idea how to reach someone from WPEnhanced??

    Sorry for the delay, was the weekend 😀

    Strange about the support form as we are getting support tickets and did a test, works for me.

    Anyway - what are you looking for - an invoice for the plugin?

    Yes, that's what I need.

    The email I received that was called  Purchase Receipt wasn't a receipt.

    Where can I find it?

    If you log in and go to your account

    Under purchase history you will see the orders and a place to download the invoice
