I've got a site set up with mailchimp subscription upon download. I keep getting error emails like this:

Hello there

A free download user attempted to subscribe to your MailChimp newsletter list but had an error. See below.


Note: This error was not shown to the user.

i.e. no error message.

I would love to know what's going wrong.
