Can someone please contact me via an email. Your contact forms, ticketing system is completely broken and fills me with little confidence this is a reliable solution that will be maintained....

I have a few issues I have found further to the one confirmed with variable products.

The download counter is not working also for variable products and even some of the single products. I have disabled the counter as it is showing 0 for many products even after downloading multiple times.

While the download button shows correctly for single products including shortcode placed on a page, for the variable products the download button will not replace the shortcode of the "add to cart" function, however does replace the add to cart for the actual drop down selector so it is just the shortcode for a variable product that is not replaced.

I did buy into this plugin with the hope it would have support as claimed on your page here:

However, I cannot send a contact message as your form is broken, the 3 different support tickets I have submitted remain unchecked for weeks and I have had minimal reply on this forum which seems the only way to actually post for help. This is less than "world class premium support" and I currently I do feel like this is a neglected plugin I have just wasted money on.

I would really appreciate some assistance to resolve these issues, at least toi give me some confidence this is worth investing in for the future.

    Ugh, no reply, not replying via emails and I discover again more problems when a customer has many hundreds of products available for download this plugin causes pages to load so slow.

    I would like a refund, this is just not good enough

    Same issues with this plugin not working correctly & "non-useful" responses to support ticket submissions. Highly recommend WPEnhanced remove this plugin from the repository!  Nothing good for your reputation can come out of continuing to charge people for a plugin that does not work as stated.

    Mate, just request a refund. Honestly, it’s so broken it doesn’t work. It slows down my whole site, features don’t work and even their ticket system is completely broken, tickets just throw “anti spam” when you try reply to them. It’s clear that “premium support” is not being offered and not replying to users for days is just poor for people trying to develop sites. It’s what makes me hate WordPress, having to pay for every small feature and hope to god you can actually get support. I’ve given up on this ever working which is a shame because it could have been useful.
