Hi Emilio you haven't ticked the box to show the email capture form to registered users, which is why you're not seeing it. I've just tried as a guest and it works as expected.

thanks for the quick answer.
It solved the issue, now I can see the form.
However, the image banner overlap the upper part of the form, so I can't see the "Name" field which is required.

Do you have a tip to solve it and also to align the "Free Download" button to the center?

Ok mate give this custom CSS a try for the header:

body.somdn-capture-email-open header.page_header {
	z-index: 100;
}
body.somdn-capture-email-open div.title_outer .title {
	z-index: 100;
}

And try this for your shop page button alignment:

.somdn-download-wrap .somdn-archive-download-form.somdn-download-form {
	padding: 15px!important;
	text-align: center;
}

That worked perfectly!
