Awesome plugin however small issue!

It's like this for every line in every email sent for the password reset. Anyway this can be fixed?
You might have a plugin that's overriding the message using the default 'retrieve_password_message' filter. Can you list all your installed plugins?

Yea it's probably a conflict with one of those. Also you're using WooCommerce which has this plugin's features built in, so you don't actually need this one 🙂

Do you have the facility to create a test site? With that many plugins that might be causing the problem the only way to find it is to start disabling plugins. But that might mess with your site.
If you can set up a test website you can start off with my plugin and add your others one at a time until you find the problem plugin.

I can attempt to do this on a staging site - it will be time consuming but I will try.

When activated - this issue happens. When I deactivate it, the email formats properly.
I'm having this issue as well. When I import HTML into the text box of the "Customise the email sent to your user." section, I see <p> tags added everywhere in the HTML. There's even a </p> closing tag AFTER the </html> closing tag. I've deactivated most plugins that I think would be interfering. Here's the list of them. Very clean site.

The issue may be that the visual and text editor uses the autop setting of your wordpress instance. autop replaces double line breaks in editors with <p> to provide easier formatting. The problem is that it causes issues in complex html. So if you encounter this issue or if emails look formatted strangely, disable wpautop.
It's either this, or I have an inactive plugin that may have changed up my theme even though it is deactivated.
This is an awesome plugin but maybe there can be plaintext input for complex html.
