I found an issue with a customer's download limits after purchasing a specific subscription associated with the membership.

When a client downloads the same file multiple times, their download limits are deducted in the My Account area. Also, when he pressed the download button without downloading the file, he just pressed the download button by mistake and then canceled the download process. Its download limit is also deducted, which is a problem.
Download limits must be calculated for different files and not for the same file, even if the website owner updated the file by issuing a new version for it.

The second problem
There is no box with numbers next to (Follow the path)
Settings >> Download Limits >> Limitations >> Download limit period.

For example
I want to set a download limit for all programs on the site 500 limits in a period of 6 months. How is this done?

The important question
What is the benefit of setting a download limit from these settings? Whereas, download limit is placed in membership plans by the free download section?

I appreciate your effort.
Thank you.

Hi mate, you need to complete the global download limit settings and then set your membership download limit settings after that.

It sounds like you currently have download limits set to "Number of downloads" rather than "Number of products". If you want people to be able to download the same file multiple times, put 500 in the products box, and 0 in the downloads box.

The only options for download limits is per day, week, month, and year. You can't set it to 6 months. If you want to set the download limits to 6 months, then set it to monthly and then 80 products, which is roughly 500 products every 6 months.

Thank you for the quick response
You have implemented the steps and all but one has succeeded
I will tell you all of my plans, I just need you to teach me how to calculate them
Monthly plan Number of downloads throughout the month 450 downloads
    6-month plan with 3,600 downloads.
    1-year plan, with 8,280 downloads.
    How do I put it?

You just need to convert them to monthly amounts. Divide your amount by how many months, so 6 months 3600 would be 600 per month etc.

    How is that ????
The duration of the new subscriber's subscription is 6 months, one block. Not 6-month singles.
Since a subscriber has purchased a one-time subscription for 6 months, they must have a total of 3,600 downloads during that period, whether they download that number in 1 day or in 6 months. It's up to him. How is the division as I mentioned? The only solution is to update the software by putting a number next to the days of the download.
How is the division process in this case?

Right now it's as I said in my post. Although I'm going to mull over the problem and see how it could be implemented.

    Thank you
I will wait for your solution to this problem
I opened another ticket, but I don't know why I deleted it.
    I wanted it
How do I adjust the prices on the products for the regular visitor so that he wants to buy the product only without having a subscription or membership?
When I set a price for a product, your download button disappears, and if I clear the prices and set a zero, the download button appears.

You need a way to give you subscribers free prices. For example, WooCommerce memberships has something called Member Discounts.

Unfortunately, WooCommerce memberships did not find this one. I thought your software provided this feature, so I bought it. Anyway, it's a great program and I'm happy to be a member here. Hope you can put this feature on it.
Thank you, you are a wonderful person.
