Hello! The Quick View feature is not working on my site even though it is enabled. Can you help?

    Hi Angela it might not be compatible with your theme.

    The theme I am using is Flatsome. If it isn't compatible with my theme, is there a workaround? For instance, Flatsome has a Quick View feature. Is it possible to include the Download button in the theme's quick view lightbox here: https://cl.ly/74afadcf20d9?

    If it's a simple product it might be possible to include my shortcode. If you can customise the text that's displayed only in the lightbox you could try adding it.
