Hi Jason, The login link for your site has expired and the product has changed so unable to test. Please could you reinstate the login link and would you be happy for me to make a copy of your site? Regarding your other issue, we can look into this once we have th download issue resolved. Seems this forum is only checked maybe once a week and the ticket system (which I would assume would usually be the best way to track issues) is not working. I'm kind of no further along with this issue after 2 weeks. Would really like to have it resolved since I purchased it based on the fact it could work with files outside of the web folder and with variable products.
