Hello,
My client need two button on the single product Page.
One button for downloading the PDF file "Download PDF"
And another button to order the other variation of the product (not a download product).
I don't want the "choice variation", how can I do that ?

Hi Mark thanks for posting. There might be other plugins that can show all variations without the drop-down option.
If you don't want to or can't find another plugin, another option could be to make 2 simple products, one for the PDF, one for the other, and then create a Grouped product which contains the two. My Pro Edition works with Grouped products as well.
